Community Involvement

"We believe strongly that if we take care of the customer, take care of our employees, and take care of the community we serve, success will come."
~Benny Robles Jr, Bartow Ford President

Bartow Ford’s charitable outreach is massive. The dealership has supported Talbot House, LVIM, the Achievement Academy, Central Florida Speech & Hearing Center, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Habitat for Humanity, Polk State Foundation, Polk Education Foundation, The Humane Society, Peace River Center, Victory Ridge, Future Farmers of America Scholarships, Kids Pack, Lakeland Volunteers in Medicine, Metropolitan Ministries, Polk County Youth Fair, PACE, VISTE, Women’s Care Center, Women’s Resource Center, a number of local schools, and Youth Sports.

Additionally, over the years, the dealership has created several on-site events that allow us to serve the community, one on one. Two that have stood the test of time are below.

Drive for Excellence

The Bartow Ford Drive for Excellence program was established 28 years ago to encourage excellence in education among Polk County Juniors and Seniors. Students who achieve A’s and B’s have a chance to win a new Ford vehicle.

Back the Blue Luncheon

Bartow Ford hosts a luncheon to honor the heroes of Polk County – local law enforcement, and to demonstrate our appreciation for them in these often-turbulent times.

Chamber Involvement

Bartow Ford has served and supported Central Florida for over 74 years and one way the dealership shows its loyalty is by being members of the Bartow Chamber, Lakeland Chamber, Winter Haven Chamber, Mulberry Chamber, and the Hispanic Chamber of Polk County.

Members of the management team have held board seats on several of the above chambers, and are graduates of the Bartow Leadership, Winter Haven Leadership, and Polk Leadership.
