While many dealerships have downsized or even eliminated their rental departments, Bartow Ford continues to offer a full-service Rental Department, featuring a wide variety of Ford cars, trucks, vans, and sport utility vehicles. We also offer special insurance replacement rates and can direct bill most major insurance companies.

Rental Policies

At the time of the vehicle rental, you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement that may include any additional policies or details.

To rent a vehicle from Bartow Ford, you must be at least 25 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and have a valid major credit card.

Reservation Policy

Reservations may be made up to 6 months in advance. Some vehicles and/or dates may require a non-refundable deposit.

Fuel Policy

All vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel, the vehicle has in it at the time of pick up.  If the vehicle is not returned with the same amount fuel, the refueling charge is $5.50 a gallon.
Insurance

Proof of full-coverage insurance is required at time of rental.
