I want to pay you a compliment and send it to anyone you would like. I have been purchasing vehicles from the state contract for my eleven years here in Lake Placid as police chief. You are the first representative ever that calls back when someone calls, answers emails, and always has answers. In the past I have been stalled, forgotten, and ignored for months - at times even thinking our smaller department purchase had been lost by the dealers. One time I was.
From my experience with you at Bartow Ford I wish you guys would get the state contract award every year from now on.
We purchased a 2012 Fusion last Oct. and were very impressed by your dealership that I decided to have my 2007 Dodge Ram (Cummings Diesel Engine) serviced when it needed the next oil change. Had the service appointment this morning and I was very impressed. I had my truck serviced at a local Dodge dealership last year and was told that the brakes were bad and that the rotors needed to be replaced. At that time there was about 65M on the truck. Today I asked to have the brakes checked (now 88M) and was very surprised to learn that the brakes were fine. Great to deal with an honest dealership. My truck will return to Bartow Ford for future service. The service this morning was great and Brian Jones even gave me a card for a free breakfast. Thank you all so much.

I'm writing this email to each of you listed above and also to Bartow Ford Owners and Management to express my sincere satisfaction with the service that I received from staff during and after repairs to my vehicle.
My vehicle was originally repaired at Bartow Ford after an accident in which I was not at fault; and my vehicle was repaired with the exception to one part that was needed and the at fault insurance company denied coverage for the part. Bartow Ford Service Department Manager, Carlos Sandoval did not hesitate to research the problem with staff and he also questioned me about the situation. Carlos made a decision that Bartow Ford would take care of the problem and also allow me to use a vehicle overnight to be assured that my vehicle would be repaired correctly and completely. Carlos was very professional, and he is a great person and employee.

I don't hesitate to complain if I am unhappy about service. Likewise if someone shows great customer service I think the higher ups should know. A few weeks ago I came with my sister, Maria Dupree and dad to try to buy a used car. My sister and I are going to Polk State College studying Nursing as a second career. Like many others we were unable to find work in our field. We explained all this to Mark. We didn't expect alot. As we told Mark all we need is a lifeline, a car that will get us through the next year and 1/2 til we graduate as Nurses.
Mark worked with us all day, as did your finance team, we didn't give up and neither did they. Mark made our day. We came out with a beautiful Nissan Sentra 2007 with only 54,000 miles, the car drives like a brand new car. We took Mark's cards and refer anyone we know who is interested in buying a car to go see Mark at Bartow Ford. I know the loan was not an easy one, I told Mark if you get this loan approved, when we graduate we are coming back to buy brand new cars.

On October 4, 2011 my 2006 F-250 began to have a starting problem and I took my truck to the Bennington, VT Ford dealer. After five days my new fuel valve was in place and the truck was running fine. My extended warranty had expired just 45 days prior. I contacted my salesman, Steve Hendrix and with his help and some extra efforts by Wayne Stevens I was notified today that I would receive a $600 refund off the total cost of the repair bill. I believe the extra steps that Wayne Stevens took on my behalf helped greatly.

Most recently on Monday, July 27th, I began my search for a 2 specific colors either Platinum White or Tuxedo Black, on a new 2010 Fusion, wanting to use the "Cash for Clunkers" offer along with my employee "A" plan.
I went to Gator Ford, Brandon Ford, and Jarett Ford in Plant City. At all three locations I only received lip service and no real sincere effort to help me in my search. They also only had limited amount of Fusions to choose from. Brandon Ford ordered one for me, but that would have taken better than 4 weeks.
My wife became concerned that the government might suspend the program and we could loose the "Cash for Clunkers" deal. We were especially pleased that 1) you went out and found the exact model she wanted (after you had sold the model we saw online), 2) the “negotiations” over the phone and internet were fast, and without the usual ‘hassles’ that one gets when going to a dealer, and finally 3) you guys kept the store open on Christmas Eve just for us, and we were in/out, including dropping off our trade-ins, in less than 30 minutes. "All I can say is WOW! I think Ford has really done it this time! The truck [2011 F-350] is amazing! It is already getting 16-18mpg Hwy empty, pulling my 30’ 2 slide camper @ 75mph I was getting 10-11mpg.
